Rory, 20 years old

I think I love the Gilmore Girls more for Rory than for Loreali. Oh she is so young, sheltered, and smart. Today was the episode where Dean discovers Rory with all her Yale buddies and breaks off the relationship. Dean was so insecure.

Poor Rory. It breaks my heart. She has to live her own life. Oh... the fall of innocence... it is a hard end. And she's drinking with these Yale buddies. I guess yeah one has to take risks, but oh, to be a woman and have to take those kind of risks. It breaks your heart what this world does to innocence and good. What a well-written episode.

I am past innocence, but it is like a priceless painting, something to be cherished. Hard and cold teaches no love. I will relax tonight, kick my feet up, enjoy myself. I met my deadline. I can sleep at night. With the price I've paid.
